Dr. Marchese has a passion for the environment and for the health and well being for those that live within it.

During her graduate studies in environmental science, she realized she could make a bigger, more genuine impact by treating patients health issues with natural approaches; that not only would this improve individual health, but improve environmental health as well. She then decided to pursue Naturopathic Medicine at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Marchese then had the privilege of working with Dr. Michael Cilip MD at an integrative practice. This experience showed the potential for complementary use of conventional and naturopathic approaches for the optimal improvement of health.

Dr. Marchese is passionate about improving women’s midlife care, is a member of the North American Menopause Society and will be taking her certification exam in October 2024.

She also focuses much of her work on mental health support and believes this is an underserved population in integrative care. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and practices from a weight inclusive approach.
